Elliptic Curve Cryptography encoding formats (SEC1)
Pure Rust implementation of SEC1: Elliptic Curve Cryptography encoding formats including ASN.1 DER encoded private keys as well as the Elliptic-Curve-Point-to-Octet-String encoding. This package contains library source intended for building other packages which use the "ctutils" feature of the "sec1" crate.
