Deleted: gdb-fix-bg-execution-repeat.patch - Backport upstream commit ce106639c20 from Tom de Vries, fixing a a gdb.threads/thread-specific-bp.exp failure. - Made spec file change to build gdb with --disable-gdb-compile due to this feature's brokenness. With it disabled, failing tests skip cleanly without timeouts. Also reduces binary size and attack surface.
