Yum-utils CLI compatibility layer
As a Yum-utils CLI compatibility layer, supplies in CLI shims for debuginfo-install, repograph, package-cleanup, repoclosure, repomanage, repoquery, reposync, repotrack, repodiff, builddep, config-manager, download and yum-groups-manager that use new implementations using DNF.
